ZiggyTech Ventures LLC ("ZiggyTech," "we," "us," or "our") operates ZiggyPitch (the "Service"), a proposal and pitch platform for businesses. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use the Service.

This Policy complies with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and Nevada Senate Bill 220 (NRS 603A).

2. Data Processor Model

ZiggyTech acts as a data processor on behalf of our customers. Each customer (the business or individual who holds a ZiggyPitch account) is the data controller for the personal information they upload, generate, or process through the Service regarding their own clients, contacts, or end-users.

We process personal data only as instructed by the controller (our customer) and as necessary to provide, maintain, and improve the Service.

3. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Account Information: Name, email address, password (hashed), billing information, and business name provided during registration.
  • Proposal Content: Proposal titles, section text, pricing tables, cover page data, and any other content you create or upload within the Service.
  • Client Data: Names, email addresses, and other details of your clients that you enter into proposals. You are responsible for having the appropriate basis to share this data with us.
  • Usage Data: Log files, IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, time spent, and other diagnostic data collected automatically when you use the Service.

4. How We Use Your Information

  • Providing, operating, and improving the Service.
  • Processing payments and managing subscriptions.
  • Sending transactional emails (proposal delivery, account notifications).
  • Responding to support requests.
  • Complying with legal obligations.
  • Detecting and preventing fraud or abuse.

We do not sell your personal information or use it for targeted advertising.

5. Disclosure of Information

We may share your information with:

  • Service Providers: Supabase (database), Resend (email), Stripe (payments), and other sub-processors necessary to deliver the Service.
  • Legal Requirements: When required by law, subpoena, or government order.
  • Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (with prior notice).

6. California Privacy Rights (CCPA / CPRA)

California residents have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we collect and how it is used.
  • Request deletion of your personal information.
  • Correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell data).
  • Limit use of sensitive personal information.
  • Non-discrimination for exercising your rights.

7. Nevada Privacy Rights (SB 220 / NRS 603A)

Nevada residents may opt out of the sale of their covered information. ZiggyTech does not sell covered information as defined under NRS 603A. To submit a verified opt-out request, contact us at privacy@ziggytechventures.com.

8. Data Retention

We retain your account information and proposal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Upon account deletion, we delete or anonymize your personal data within 90 days, except where we are required by law to retain it longer.

9. Security

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational safeguards, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews. No system is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, contact us immediately.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new policy on this page and, where appropriate, sending you an email notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
